Here is what is going to happen over the next 30 business days in regards to anyone who participated in the Oil Venture and/or Southern Star Private International Bank venture.
This is the info we have received from the facilitator and one of the board members.

The Facilitator, that is he who has been the chief organizer of the Oil and Bank Ventures, will be receiving funds from 2 large investors.

What's in it for you??

Best case scenario:
You "could maybe" receive payout on the 12 to 1 return on the Oil Venture. This 12 to 1 return would include your principal that you put into the Oil Venture.

Worse case scenario:
Everyone who has purchased an account(s) and Oil Units will be refunded their funds. We are aiming to have control of these funds in the next 30 business days. Once we have control of these funds, we will advise you of the payout menu.

So you see, you cannot lose or risk anything. We know it has been a very long ordeal for everyone. The only thing one could lose is the control of their emotions under the pressures that have built up over these past years, that includes us. Only cool heads prevail with solutions . . .Some business ventures succeed and other fail, but contrary to most other business ventures, you won't lose a dime in either of these ventures mentioned above. Yes your money was tied up for some time, but at least you are getting it back without any loss.

"If" Southern Star Private International Bank (SSPIB) decided to close it's doors because of client inactivity, then all SSPIB accounts that have been funded will have their funds returned to them. We will advise SSPIB account holders, who do have funds in their accounts, of the menu to be used in order to return them their funds.

We sincerely hope to have all f these issues cleared up in the next 30 business days.

In regards to the Heart Recovery Project:
The Heart Recovery Project was dependent on SSPIB client activity. Due to lack of SSPIB client activity, the Heart Project's funds cannot be recovered. Just to let you know we will continue to negotiate with the facilitator to bring the Heart Recovery Project to a successful conclusion.

However, "If" the above Heart recovery menu fails, I am working on two other projects which are expected to payout in the latter part of this year. I have no controll over the payout time frame of these 2 other projects, as I am simply a member of both of these projects, but "If" they do payout, I will have ample funds to refund everyone who was a participant in the Heart project.

There it is. Many of you may not like this scenario, and a few may make threats, but by making threats against me and pursuing them will only hinder the payout to all of the other members who are willing to wait for this scenario mentioned above. Any member who is making threats will have their email published for all members to see in our newsletter updates. In addition, we will not answer any emails that contain vulgar or degrading language, or if it is written in CAPS, we will simply delete them. We have never used vulgar language in regards to any issue that you have sent us, so we expect the same in return.

The bottom line is that with the worst case scenario mentioned above, you will get all of your money back from what you have put into the SSPIB and oil venture. I know that many will be disappointed, but at least you are getting your money back. I for one would like to see both of these ventures come to a possitive conclusion.

The next update will be when we have control of the funds. Don't ask when, we will tell you when we have those funds.

I find it funny that this so called Oil Venture , if indeed it was legit, has paid out by now. Heck, with all the Mega-Profiteering that has gone on in the year 2008 alone , you'd think someone somewhere made alot of money. LOL

As for the bank Southern Star, it seems to be based out of Domincan Republic and has the same address listing as a shady looking Exceed S.A. and run by an Uwe Mossakowski and his wife Alexandra. Website was exceed-finance dot com , but now shows under construction. Had their pictures on it , including that of Warren English. Now the website shows "Under Contruction". But they did show at one time the same exact address location of Website registrant southernstarpib.com = Exceed S.A.

But the registrant address for Exceed S.A. & Southern Star were definitely identical. exceed-finance is registered to

Bottom line, this has been a screwy program from the start. Only Warren English knows who these people are. Must be the guy from Germany and his wife. Total scam. Too late to stay away for most.

It so ficking wrong that MPP is promoting another program when there first strike was the ficking oil venture and then strike two was the ficking bank and then it was strike three the ficking pension plan and now they are trying to push another ficking program.
