comcast
I just got comcast cable in my apt. Im paying extra for 16mb download speeds. MY PROBLEM is my connection in the building is no good and comcast said theres nothing they can do cause its an old building and they cant or wont trace the connection cables to fix it. Is this right? Any help would be great THANKS IN ADVANCE!!
