Default Linda Palmer / Noemie (Emie) Dodakian

As an investor who have put thousands of dollars into programs promoted by Linda Palmer and Emie Dodakian, I was wondering if anyone else have found success or have all the investment programs turned out to be failures?

I would be very interested to know peoples' opinions and comments regarding some of the programs. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Confused Re: Linda Palmer / Noemie (Emie) Dodakian

I heard the 15X Attorney's project was almost done because I had to update my banking information. Is that true or is it just another delay tactic?

Exclamation Re: Linda Palmer / Noemie (Emie) Dodakian

Found this on another website discussing the Jim Norman Project.

Quote:
This is the problem the facilitators face. To be quite blunt, Jim is more than a few bricks short of a full load. Anyone can see that, and you don't need a psychiatrist to tell you what is painfully obvious to even the most casual observer. Again, it's just good ol' fashioned common sense that, if someone says crazy things over and over again, they're probably not all there. In our justice system, we don't hold insane people to the same standards to which we hold people who are sane, nor should we do so. That being said, I have no reason to believe the team or facilitators are less than sane, so they will be held accountable for their actions to the fullest extent of the law. In the end, they - and especially the team - may even take the fall for Jim Norman due to geographic and other reasons. I suspect they know this, since we have been quite open on Quatloos about the subject of their legal culpability, and I suspect that's the reason they made it a point to tell the victims that they have only themselves and Jim Norman to blame. While it may look good on paper to humiliate the victims so they'll keep their mouths shut about who brought them into the scam, that won't wash here.

See, Jim may have received the money, but the undeniable fact remains that the victims would never have been pulled into the scam if not for the facilitators. Jim didn't know the victims, had no way of knowing them, and didn't bring them into the scam himself. The facilitators brought them into the scam of their own accord, and for their own selfish and greedy reasons; and without the facilitators, this scam would have gotten nowhere fast. So everyone needs to stop blaming the victims with the "no one held a gun to your head" arguments, and instead take personal responsibility for what they did in blatantly taking advantage of others. Clearly, something was awry all along, but none of the facilitators or team members paid attention to it because their greed blinded them to the truth. They didn't want to know they had been scammed, so they pretended everything was fine despite all the evidence to the contrary, and just kept bringing others into the scam. The fact that a reasonable person would have known it was a scam only increases their culpability under the law.

Blaming the victims is not only harmful, but it serves no purpose but to protect the facilitators and team members by making victims feel too guilty and ashamed to do anything to protect their interests, and - most of all - it is not true. The victims of this scam have every right - legally, morally, and ethically - to hold their facilitator accountable because, had they not trusted their facilitator to perform due diligence prior to presenting the "investment", they may have checked into it themselves and saved themselves money, mental anguish, embarrassment, and other damages which would have a monetary value in court.

Angry Re: Linda Palmer / Noemie (Emie) Dodakian

It was May 2006, when Linda Palmer and Emi Dodakian
presented a program that was 5X the principal with a 10-day turnaround. This was to put cash into our pockets, while waiting for the great returns from refineries projects.
Well, 2 1/2 years later ... NO MONEY!, NO MONEY! and
more NO MONEY! What a complete waste of real money for crap.

So hard for a lot of people to learn that when something is being "pushed hard" or "you might lose out,"....this is when it is time to turn tail and run, run, run!!!

Did Robert ever raised the $ 35,000.00 needed to cover his travel expenses to Europe to complete the 15X Attorney's Project? Knew the US Dollar was extremely
weak against the Euro, but this is an outrage!!!! Luckily this didn't take place in London because it could have cost $ 70,000 to do the same thing!!!! Ha!Ha!
