Wow.
Look what I found about the old bucket shop they used to run.

investdrinks - Ocean - Seed - Heros

This is crazy I cannot believe they would actually go after the same people with the exact same sales tactic. Maybe crime actually does pay. Someone needs to report this to the securities regulators and see what they think. Thank you for the heads up people.

Welll...my wife and I discovered yesterday (after a google search revealed
"scam" after the word Venulum, that Venulum is in fact a scam. My wife is a dentist living on Long Island. We took a call in early '08 and asked to look at their info. We received a call from an account representative a few days later (Joseph Safi). When we were reluctant to make the investment, Joseph passed us over to one of their more savvy, slicker representatives, Jonathan Templar. We made the $1,000. investment and a few months later he convinced us to invest more-which we did. $25,000.00 dollars. Over the subsequent months this investment seemed legitimate. We received quarterly reports, regular statement of account, all bound in a professional portfolio-like appearance. We moved from Long Island in August and needed some of that money so we somehow managed to get $10,000. out. Later that month (the wine was supposed to have been sold by now) we contacted Jonathan and asked that the rest of the funds be wired to us because we needed the money desperately. He kept in touch a couple of times but only to say the wine hadn't reached an appropriate value. That was almost 2 months ago. It appears as though legal action is the only recourse. Avoid Venulum- that's our advice.

I think you should also report all of this to world law's attorneys directly.

They certainly took action in Architects of Wine and if need be they can do so here.

As for me, I am unwilling to invest in this Venulum. It all looks like the same old scheme to me.

Why do they push so hard to sign within 48 hours? All that fedex and other pressure caused me to search on the web. Glad I did.

They try to get you to buy wine on credit card.

Then they tell you that you had a big gain.

Then they ask for more money.

The papers they have you sign are fake and they try to say it is a futures contract or installment contract.

Then they say you must keep paying--until you stop and they argue then you forfeit the funds.

Same fraud /scam as architects of wine.

HAVE YOUR BIG FOUR ACCOUNTANT REVIEW ANY CONTRACT OR SEEK AN AUDIT OF YOUR HOLDINGS

Several steps will help.

Ask for your supposed earnings now! They will usually tell you, oh you have no earnings, you actually have to keep paying us more--didn't you realize?

Make a full copy of every document you have and all emails etc.

Send a copy to your state securities dept or commission, and a copy to your state attorney general. Tell them briefly what happened. Also tell them to review the Architects of Wine matter to compare this with that.

From what I was told by my state, there will be court proceedings on the matter coming, so keep an eye out.

If you have not done so, make sure your lawyer gets a copy of the documents so you see what you supposedly signed. But remember fraud voids all contracts and voids arbitration provisions as well. That is what happened in Architects of Wine.

I believe these people target us in the medical provision because they assume we are not paying attention. Watch your money!!! And do your diligence.
