Dont "invest", it's a scam, pure fraud in my opinion.

If you dont believe me, make sure to have a senior finance lawyer review anything you are supposed to sign. And ask for a copy of documents in advance.

Company is fishy. Had a friend who worked for the company long ago and claimed everything they did was very secretive and odd. Only targeted medical professionals too by cold calling apparently. Lots of other odd things too. Sounds like a shady company from what I've been told.

Same pitch and same people.

They ask you to invest then you can never get the funds back because of your supposed "Futures" contract. A contract that has no meaning if you really examine it. This was the same thing the same people tried four years back. Unfortunately a lot of doctors got ripped off then. Hopefully not this time!

I answered a job request for them and it was very odd???

Secretive, kind of slimy, something was not right.

These allegations are clearly made up. If you look at the times and dates and the spelling mistakes someone has clearly drunk too much and got a little carried away.

The company has been around since before 2000 and the Seed/Ocean/Architects business was still in operation in 2004.

Someone has got their wires crossed.

Seed and Architects have been accused and a case is ongoing against them and two of the key people, Garrett and Stockdale are being prosecuted in Holland for Fraud.

I saw other posts on Google that say the same thing.

Cold calling to doctors offices and then once you start paying you never get the money back out.

Some doctor on the east coast already hired a lawyer to sue venulum apparently.

A caller contacted my husband yesterday at his dental office and he was busy so he said "sure, send info". The info package came overnight to our home and based on what I have read I will promptley throw it away! Thank you

Maybe there was trouble in the ranks and a split perhaps?
Being incorporated and being in operation are two different things completely.
