The name on the account is Earthport Plc. Anyone heard of this? It's location is in London, England.

My question is why is OUR money going to a private account in England?

I questioned OPG and they said that Hatfield Oak is not a bank but a money exchange service. If I recall, that's not what we were told by Mr. Coughlin way back in February and March. In fact, Hatfield Oak was supposed to be an institution providing a safe haven for offshore investing.

Come to find out, they do not have any sort of license to operate as a financial organization, only a general license.

I'm not condemning or criticizing Hatfield Oak, but our 'offshore protection' is not available through this organization, something that a guy as smart as the supposed Mr. Coughlin is, would have certainly found out.

It goes into a private bank account because that's exactly what it is. It's not a bank, credit union, or anything else like that. It has none of the required licenses to handle money. It also has none of the required oversight, bonding, or insurance. It's just a regular account like your own bank account that some jokers set up to pretend to be a "bank."

So are you saying the credit union is probably illegal?

Both have a track record of total failure.

notice The past few weeks have been a blur of activity as we have engaged several specialty lawyers to assist with moving our funds. The activity has been filled with numerous filings in the legal system to force the release of the members' funds from Compliance Review since each of the reviews has clearly shown that the funds are legitimate, based on legal activity and do not involve any terrorism, drug trade, illegal movement of funds or support for any wrong-minded organization.

While the legal costs have been very heavy, the price is worth the expenditure to release all of the administrative holds on our activity. Due to the commitment of time required we have temporarily suspended our trading activity and concentrated all of our time on taking care of this most critical activity.

We expect to resume active trading on November 23 and reporting results approximately 1 week later. Our support team is still working to resolve and answer the issues that are submitted and we are fully committed to fulfill all of our regular activities for the benefit of all members.

There are several new projects in line for the Cooperative and the details will be updated on that web site in the next week. Also we have been in discussion with several trading platforms with an eye to a merger that could bring broader access to the markets that we have been using so successfully.

The schedule for the next members only conference call will be forthcoming soon.

Sincerely,
Tim Coughlin

Why on earth would a guy like Mr. Coughlin, whom I have been told is up to his eyeballs in crap (supposedly to keep us off track) get on this website and make a comment like this without first going to the OICU membership and stating it. Even more, not rebut some of the 20+ pages of negative comments!!???

Because, the guy that wrote this thing is probably the same a** that has been writing everyone crap responses on OICU / OPG Support and signs it 'chief'.

If you notice, Wikopedia no longer has Cmdr Coughlin's name in the Grenada invasion. It has been removed. Interesting.

Also, notice the OICU's IP address is NOT Dominica!!!

Earnings have been suspended. I guess this is the start of the end. I joined this under Ken Russo so can I sue him? Im out a lot of money here. I never got a withdraw. How can we find these people? Is Couglin a real person and who is Jim Logan? I want somebody to pay for this even if I never get a penny.

**Please stop posting BS****
1) Mr. Coughlin did not post that statement someone copied and posted the latest update from Coughlin off the OPG website.
2) I don't know who or what Chief is???
3) Coughlins name has not been removed from the Wilkepedia page. I just checked it.
What are you gaining from posting B.S.??? Please refrain from posting inacurate information.....
