Name change
Hi, I have signed up for a name change package ealrier on in April. The agency is based in Canada and I reside in Asia. Before signing up for the package, I had specifically emailed the agency about my concern (that I have an asian name and if they r able to calculate a suitable new name based on that and was promised they are able to) But after 4 months of constant emailings, they told me they are unable to include my asian name into the calculation of a new name for me. This defeated the purpose because I have expressed concern over the importance of that. I have requested for a full refund on the basis that they are unable to provide me with what I requested for initially. Can I successfully ask back for my money? Do I have a case? Thank you.
