icfworldhomes inc..... scam?

I recently went to a presentation in Vancouver for this likely scam, the website is icfworldhomes.com, and I have a little investment group that has almost completely bought into it. One of the members is a financially free millionaire and the rest are aspiring up and comers, none of whom seem to care whether it is a scam or if they know it is, that they are taking other peoples money... likely.

I'm extremely new to the world of investing but right off the bat it felt like a sales pitch by some ****** named Ryf (pronounced Raife or something) from New Zealand, so his exotic accent which seems to be periodically dropped secures my lack of faith in the legitimacy of the whole thing.

Whenever I asked what they remarked was a "good question" I never really got a straight answer.

I just want to know precisely what makes this bs and how people who are so inclined seemingly continue to get away with these scams.

The program itself does'nt appear to be connected the the manufacturer of the so called styrofoam buildings blocks outfit from Florida. Almost sounds like the other Canadian Landbanking scheme from Canada.

This website is owned by a one Larry Telford of 25 Duke Street, Box 1028, Bobcaygeon, Ontario, Canada where the notorious SolidTrustPay company of Marc & Stells Heimstra reside.

I'd be careful. These people running scams are usually all in bed together.

Thanks, I might be in a position to see a little return, but I'm sure it'd just be off of other peoples backs who wouldn't see a dime so there's no way I'm going ahead with this. Frankly it sickens me that my friends are affiliated with people that promote this kind of crap.

Larry Telford was just in town here in Vancouver.
He answered all of the questions from the crowd pretty well but I'd like to know what questions you asked that weren't properly answered?

I'm a new ICF member now, but before I bring my parents into the mix I'd like to know if you have any solid info that shows how it doesn't work.

Has anyone looked into the background of Telford yet?
The presentation states that he's got 35 years of experience, but it looks like the company just got started and launched in November. This program was introduced to me by A.M. and she's been involved in quite a few things that didn't pan out so far. I saw it at the ABC restaurant on Hastings in Burnaby.

So far I have found no evidence of a scam. I looked into this and so far have found that the payout system works and that the company is making a reasonable profit.

What sickens me, is that cowards, accuse and slander others out of fear without doing any due diligence. It is the same type of people that claim "Homes for Humanity" are a scam.

Please, if you have any evidence, post it and let everyone know. Otherwise, before calling "Witch" at least look into what you are talking about.

This is a major scam in Canada. Why would you need referals to continue monthly payouts. Put your money in MPP or GPP. Safer program and lower investment. No monthly fees.

Hello to every one out there, this is no scam, there will always be the nay sayers. I've been building ICF homes for the past 20 years as a custom home buider in Ontario, I've been in business that long and am building in Israel, as well as other locations around the world so i'm no rookie. I would say to all the negative input on this site that they just don't have all the information. I personaly met with the pres & vice pres Larry & Sharon for over three hours with my parner, I met and spoke with the CEO Bill and I can assure you they are people of integrity. My partner and I became members on the 4th of June and I can tell you we have almost doubled our original investment, we purchased 7 home plans at approx $5,400.00 investment, we have to date just in the GPT alone Get Paid Today made over $6,000.00 I have the cheques to prove it and I show them to any one who wants to see. The thing with this is most of you out there are so negatized by life that you look at every thing through those negative tinted glasses, try looking at it as an investment, get to work on it like I did, it will work for you as it is for me, but you only get out of something what you are willing to put into it. Most business people realize this and that's why we have the rich and the poor. The poor never do any thing except complain about there situation, while the rich look for more opportunity's each and every day, most of the rich have more than one business, most of the poor waste more of there time on sites like this spreading rumors because they don't want others to succeed that way they will always have other poor people to complain with.

ok so the program where $1200 goes in and $200k comes out is fake, and the program where $80 goes in and $50k comes out is real... nice work genius.

It would seem that the manufacturing company in Florida is not what is in question here. The website with the MLM/Pyramin/Ponzi structure is in question. That website has hardly been around for a year now, and yet it advertises it's been around or 35 years. In this global downswing of economony and a site promoting massive Auto$hit each month, then it should be obvious this is another one of those programs being pimped by people of the LORD. More Kool Aid & Glue Sniffing
