Let's see: I went to court against the same prestigious law firm representing these unconscionable crooks, liars, gangsters and racketeering thieves that created ICF World B.S. Homes and kicked their collective asses obtaining a precedent setting decision in the Ontario Superior Court proving the illegality of these so-called network marketing scams. And I'd kick their legal asses in this scam if they had the guts to sue me again.

Dave know what? you don't have to defend youself against these people. You are more than welcome for your input and advice on here, unlike the ICFers. They are only saying these things because they know we are right and they are not. They are like kids in a school yard - well they might as well take their little red ball and go home (If they have one) because they have lost and they know it.

We have the funds for the August Gain Sharing ready to go, but Industry Canada asked us “not to do business as usual”, so that means do not accept payments or give payments. We are waiting now to see how many refunds and cancellations policies have arrived by email in the office, using the proper paper work, so we know how to begin.

Some observations to ponder:
1. Of course it's an emotional time for Larry & Sharon (they haven't received any more money to put away in an offshore bank account for a couple of months now). Do they think it's not an emotional time for the people whom he conned out of thousand of dollars?

2. He says he has the funds for gain sharing but cannot pay them to the members in Canada. How is that going to change when he is still using the same mechanism with HFTWI, the Canadian ICF corporations debit card as a means of paying gain sharing? I hope members aren't really expecting to get any gain sharing because it won't happen, at least not through their existing debit card. Maybe Santa will slide down the chimney and put it under the tree....

3.Isn't it amazing that after a lot of "DUE DILIGENCE" they have come across a company that mirrors ICF. This company, Homes for the World Intl. has the same claims as ICF, i.e. no member cancellations, great track record, etc. .The only puzzling thing about that is that it is a newly incorporated company with the only members being those who transferred their membership from ICF. How much "DUE DILIGENCE" is required to find such a company, weeks, months, years? Oh yeah, I know, I know, just incorporate it yourself and do it in a country where Canadian law does not apply.

Personally I think these guys that cut up Dave are not from ICF but rather some of the other schemes that Dave has been trying to close down!!!! For instance, if it is the same law firm that went after him in TTI and BIM then they may have disclosed this information to that organization and provided the address to the forum. I am sure that both BIM and CDT(possibly others) correspond with each other as they have a common goal to discredit him.

They are finally telling the truth about something anyway - they can't pay any funds to Canada - the cards are no good, they are illegal here (which they are still not admitting, they are just using The Competion Bureau as an excuse) . They sent back the 1,000.00 check to Larry & Sharon that was to pay for the aproval process,meaning they are not aproving anything, they are done in Canada, about time you
