ICFA - Insulating Concrete Form Association is an industry related association covering North America (USA and Canada). They have no record of ICFWorldHomes as either being a manufacturer or distributor or connected to their list of suppliers.

ICF Worldhomes stated that the company was started by Mr. Larry Telford in 2007. 35 years of experience listed on the website is related to Mr. Telford's personal experience rather than company's experience.

ICFWorldhomes is not listed with the Ontario Chamber of Commerce or the Bobcaygeon & Area Chamber of Commerce, where they should operate from, based on the info provided on their website.

Food for thought: How many employees are there in the company? Or is it run as a home-based business with no employees?

Lastly: A block is being sold by ICFWorldHomes for $500, taking posession in 3 years. The present retail cost of that block is 4 times less. The cost of an ICF block is a minor factor when put into perspective: cost of concrete, cost of reinforced steel, cost of land, transportation cost of ICF block to your building site and the cost of a specialized crew to build it.

It should also be noted that the Boulat Network with Boulat Rafikov (BB Invest Agency) and Warren English are also pimping this program. The Boulat Network was listed on the original Global Pension Plan dot Net website as being one of the imfamous Trust Partners for that scam and he is based in Finland. English also is a major scam promoter and is going to push this scam on his Mega International Business Group.

Advice: Stay Away from this big time.

There are plenty of people out there with closed minds, and this forum seems to have attracted more than usual. I've been with icfwh since the beginning, and not only does it work, it works extremely well. I put up $200.00 at the start just to see what would happen. After 3 months, I had earned my money back and have now realized thousands. In my company downline. I have well over 2000 people, and in my phase one downline, I have 460, and in my phase 2 downline I have over 460. I'm earning monthly income off of everybody IN THE COMPANY DOWNLINE (KNOWN AS "GAIN SHARING") or profit sharing as you will. I.m earning 2% to 5 levels on my phase one, and 3.5% on my phase 2 downline. I have not put another penny into this thing since I signed up.
What's so difficult to understand? Put up your money and get involved, this thing is totaly legal, checked by Industry Canada, and is an incorporated company. Larry has been building homes for 35 years and is very well known and respected.
You probably spend money on lottery tickets, how's that working for you? Throw a few hundred bucks at this thing, and let the system work for you. For the mathmeticians out there, contact the office in Peterborough and ask your questions there, you are going to learn a few things.
Open up your minds folks, don't let this opportunity pass you by

Ah yes, it's all about the downlines, isn't it. You do realize the thousand$ you made came from the 2000 below you, don't you ?
Larry's website is a Cut N Paste plagerized fraud from other websites as the research has shown. That very fact that major heavy hitting pimps are on board is scam enough for me.

Exclamation Re: icfworldhomes inc..... scam?

Wrong again, get the facts before you spew out any further nonsence.
We make it clear that we are not multilevel marketing, but simply network marketing with a SINGLE LINE.
We make our income from our upline AS WELL AS our downline (spill over).
Heavy hitting pimps, don't know any, would be ok by me though, EVERBODY benefts.
We know that there will always be some sore loosers out there that will have negative things to say about network marketing, but I invite those "naysayers" to actually get off their asses and attend a presentation and ask questions.
I've been in network marketing for a number of years, don't you think that I have learned something over the years? I've been in some bad ones and some good ones. In fact, I decided to never get into it again, until I saw this. The company is new and yes, there are a few bugs, but they are working on it. Can you imagine, with the numbers we have (up to a hundred a day) what kind of money that can be made in 3 years?
Wise up, get informed, get involved.

LOL! Again you cut your own throat by talking about how much you're making from your downline and then claim that it's not an MLM-based sheme. As anyone who can read can see for themselves in their own promotion for how the program works, it clearly is. Regardless how it's structured, the obvious objective and only means of generating money is to sell the program itself versus any product to the next guy. What little basis is presented for the ICF and home-building is just a sham and could just as well be baby strollers.

On one hand you attempt to show how much you're making from doing nothing other than selling it as another "network marketing" program, and then on the other you want to try to present it as a legitmate business opportunity. Actually, your own posts shows that you don't seem to even particularly care about the product/business itself. Your only concern is what you can make by selling it as another "program" in your own admitted string of network maketing ventures.

Even on that basis, it's a lousy one. The strawman basis for ICF construction that they've built it around is too obscure and complicated for the average idiot who joins these to easily comprehend and buy into. The main appeal will be limited to guys like you who are interested only in pumping another network marketing deal and who know what it is. It may drag some in some "fresh fish" but it's never going to get the groundswell to go big.

No, the problem from your perspective is that we obviously comprehend very well what's going on. And since this site places very well in Google, now so will many others who might be considering putting money into it.

The reason you need referrals is because as each person purchases a Home Kit Plan then each person after that receives Gain Shares from the referral. Also, our monthly (fees) are already paid for by the Gain Shares of each person. You should really go to an Information night to get the right information. Keep your mind open you may be in for a fantastic surprise.
