Yes, its a lie. Call the OTC yourself and see if they ever did an investigation. They never did. It was just on of the pack of lies that scammer Nick and his buddy Kent Black told. Kent Black is on the lamb now because the state of Utah is after him. Ha ha ha

I did a Google search for (Pathway 2 Prosperity Ponzi scheme) to see what info I could dig up. The quote came from one of the forums on the first page of the search results.

Like I said, I personally know people, friends, that have cashed out of this program more then once. I'm about to do it myself but want to fell as secure as possible before I do it.

I guess that's where I'm at. I am still searching the internet for more info.

Question: Are all you "honest" P-2-P members paying taxes on all that money you're making? Would you be willing to undergo an IRS audit? How about posting your real names and addresses for the IRS to see? I dare you! Or maybe you never really made any money so have nothing to hide?!

I'm trying to look up the OTC in Canada. Does anyone know what OTC stands for?

I'm out 3 payments. They are not paying and I have resigned to the fact it is over. I did nearly recoup my investment though, so better off than most. However, those getting in just recently for large amounts, I truly sympathize with you. Once the initial payback of your own money comes that will be pretty much the end of it for the most part, if it comes to that. If you can, cash what you can, I'm only down $3k, and not $20k like some I know. Arrgghhh! I can't believe I made family to get into this.

I would pay the taxes but I haven't done it yet. My brother is a CPA and he told me the tax part wouldn't be hard to do. Can't speak for anyone else but I'm more afraid of the IRS then losing a few hundred dollars

I don't understand how you are out 3 payments. If they didn't pay you why did you do another round?
