I noticed there was an issue being discussed about suspended accounts and the response was these "offenders" deserved it for having a freakfest with Energy support people. Indeed that did occur from what I understand and indeed this should not be tolerated. Abuse and bullying is never acceptable behavior. That being said I would like to draw a correlation between this situation and another that took place a few days prior; one I believe really opened the phone call floodgate to E. Ltd but is conveniently being overlooked.

A posting went up on the site saying STP was blocking Nick's IP and he couldn't get access to make payouts. Funny that days go by with no payout because Nick is too busy to attend to them but just when he's finally able to clear his schedule and get to the payouts something else crops up!!?!?! But that's important subject matter for another post.

At any rate....he requests that all MEMBERS CONTACT STP and provide an explanation for this unacceptable situation, one he and his programmers has been trying to resolve for over 25+ hours apparently without success. It's evident in his message he's upset, frustrated and confused by the issue and wants some CLEAR answers on why this problem is persisting.

A day or two later, upset, frustrated and confused members looking for some CLEAR answers get on the phone to E Ltd. and P2P Admin have a freakfest on the offenders who were looking for some resolution to probelms they are having!?!?!?

Do you see where I am going here? GREEN LIGHT from Nick to call STP on his behalf; then RED LIGHT and REPRIMAND and/or SUSPENSION to members who called E Ltd on their behalf! I am not talking about the way concerns were adddressed although Nick did say something to the effect "STP would not like to hear what he had to say!" in his own post.

Under the circumstances I can understand why some members ended up making calls to E Ltd support. They thought if Nick said it was perfectly OK to call STP then why wouldn't it be perfectly OK to contact E Ltd??? Wierd that Admin actually asked people why they thought for a second they should be contacting any PP about P2P business? Didn't the membership get such a request directly from Nick a few days earlier to do just that with regard to the STP issue!?!?

Again being rude and offensive is uncalled for so let's not beat that bush. The point is why flip out at members for calling E Ltd. but grant permission to get on the phone or Net and ask STP what the heck is going on over there that Nick can get on line and process payments. Essentially P2P was the author of its own demise in this instance as far as I can see and members got crap for what can only be seen as a P2P management double standard!

In my world, P2P has got to ACCEPT some RESPONSIBILITY for the calls to E Ltd. although they're certainly not accountable for members' behavior.
Hey Jody- give it up babe. STP is fine and tons of payouts went out today. Eltd had some kinks to work out which was to be expected but all is fine there also. You naysayers are getting goofy.

Bunch of fricking whining scammers too.

Quote:
This stops NOW or Nick has said he would PULL HE PLUG on P2P Network and refund members not in profit. I, for one value my membership in the Retirement club, and for all our sakes I hope the members can READ and COMPREHEND that abusing the support staff (which are having means implemented to trace calls and emails, and if you are caught abusing staff your P2P account WILL BE SUSPENDED!!)

ZERO OLERANCE" policy regarding whining and complaining regard late payouts. Some of the members that are complaining are WELL in profit to begin with, so why in the world they are complaining is beyond me!! Up to this point, we have been fairly lenient with members griping regarding late payouts, etc etc. Now it stops. Anyone complaining about payout delays (Did I mention NICK hasn't been able to log into his SP account since MONDAY?!?!) will be suspended immediately, removed from the forum and refunded I'm sorry if these seem like bullying tactics, but the good members, mods and myself appreciate the opportunity Nick has granted us here, in a World falling apart financially, that for the returns we are being paid if there is a 30,60,90 or even 120 day delay, it's INEXCUSABLE to complain and moan
So effective immediately, you moan and gripe, we're removing the cause of your frustration, refunding your account and removing you from the program.
E I've ever had to do.. PLEASE think about your fellow members before you think it may be a good idea to call any support number you can find and start to moan and complain about late payouts.. I don't want to have to make an even more difficult update in the future with instruction on how to receive your refund because Nick has had enough and will be closing Pathway-2.”

I think P2P should update their TOS because it still says payments are paid 5-10 business days. Should change it to 90+ days and growing. See how many people would join then.

Oh, is that the new argument of the month? That p2p gamblers are the ' holy crusaders ' and anyone who speaks sensibly about the reality of such a dangerous scheme is the ' evil vermin ?' Typical squabble from an uneducated get-rich-quick dreamer.

Oh well, at least I'm not hearing specific perversions of religion such as ' This program is designed to share God's blessings ' like Andy Bowdoin's ponzi clowns would repeat all across the community.

Still better then a bank. Plus it compounds fast. So put in a small amount, let it compound, you'll be fine.

They could make it a 150 day plan instead of 60 day. Then they would be on time. And still better than any bank!!
