If you don't recognize this as a typical Ponzi/HYIP game, then, yes, you're a dummy.

As far as not needing to attract new blood, as usual for these scams, that's the only reason to offer referral payments.

Despite what they say about it being a private program and not a HYIP and not needing new members, again, all typical lines for these scams. If you don't recognize it as such now, then you will soon.

You might want to file a complaint against him with the State of Kentucky's Attorney General.
