When did this underground criminal element become legal in the United States or Canada? I thought Ponzi schemes were illegal in most countries.

My experience has found most top promoters look for loop-holes in the laws and don't really care or not if it's legal as long as they are paid by the Admins for cheerleading.

Prime example of this were Christopher and Rosie Iden of Culver City, California who admitted to being paid for keeping Solidinvestment going as long as it did. Now they have erased all their posts over at HYIPRANKS.com. Their next activity was CEP TRUST & HOLDINGS. Why should such people be allowed to destroy other people's lives.

This scheme is certainly no different.

UPDATE REGARDING SOLIDTRUST PAY

Just so everyone is aware .... Nick still does not have access to his SolidTrust Pay account however, Nick along with their Programmer(s) & Stella are continuously all working together to try to resolve this "issue/problem" as soon as humanly possible !?! Nick has in fact began with proceeding with the AlertPay Withdrawal Requests in the meantime !! BE "PATIENT" EVERYONE ..... PLEASE !?!

So the programmers at STP are working to see why and how they blocked Nick's IP.. hmmmm that sounds like a very complex issue.. I guess using a proxy would be too easy right? Or maybe unblocking the range

Hmmmm I think it would be a really funny answer if somebody emailed Stella at STP and asked her to confirm or deny the problems... seeing as Nick is blaming them for this payment issue...
