Interesting that you should point out the bulk emails which she sent out because I received one too and was really surprised that she had peoples details when they were forwarded to TriStar and she as using private information for her own personal gains.

Well, then you'd expect that she'd know better next time huh? Not falling right back into the exact same MO with absolutely no reservations exactly as she did before.

I think the setback to this industry is that you really don't know who you can trust and it makes it even more difficult when program administrators tell you that your money is in good hands and that they are investing it wisely on your behalf on to see them disappear.

Yes it is. And quite a few others as well.

If so, that does say a lot about P2P since many of these key players were also involved with TriStar and its simply too much of a coincidence that they are now all in the P2P forum, playing the same roles as they did with TriStar.
Could it be remotely possible that Nick Smirnow and Bob Krimm are the same person?

If so, that would be totally scarey because this would suggest that they are a syndicate of scammers.

They told him that anyone involved with selling or promoting unlicensed securities can be charged for illegal trading.
He received one email from Barbara in the past when she was moderator of Tri Star and he now has her IP address so that they can track her down.
He is going to work with ASIC to track this woman down because she actively promoted Tri Star which was a scam and now P2P.
ASIC was also very interested to find out more about P2P so when they find Barbara she can fill in the gaps.

I know that she is active with P2P too.
She is always in the forum. I don't trust her after what happened with Tri Star and anyone who hasn't learnt about her history must be a complete fool.

Post them up if you have them. I would love for the somebody to get to the bottom of her part in the tri star scam. Not to mention this one as well. She is still cheerleading when they are 80 days late on payment! Nobody can possibly be that stupid. She ran that tri star forum like a dictator and tries to run asa forum the same way. Too many similarities between the tri star scam and the p2p scam and you can start by looking at the players promoting this crock of sh!t.
