Would a real business delay payouts to its members by over 10 weeks without any acceptable explanation for these delays?
There is a lot of talk on how this so called administration insists on their members conducting their participation with P2P as a business venture.
What the administration has failed to acknowledge is that it is very difficult to run a business when the cash flow ceases or in this case delayed for extended periods of time with no assurance that the situation will improve.
If the administration of P2P want to be respected for the over inflated titles which they hold, then they should see to it that they conduct business in a likewise manner and pay their members on time or alternatively, make good on the continuous delays which never seem to be adequately explained.
It's quite pointless having a title to a so called business when it is blatantly obvious that basic business practices are not being adhered to.
Who in their right mind is going to respect the chain of command when it is they who are the root of the dissatisfaction which has been going on for months?
They want people to treat this like a real business yet they themselves fail to adhere to some of the fundamental principals involved with running a business and when individuals speak up, they are punished for doing so.
That to me is not how a business is run. That is what is known as a dictatorship run by individuals who are more than prepared to hold people to ransom.
The psychology of how P2P is run as a so called business is typical of a scam. First they take your money, making promises of returns and wealth and once they have you sucked in, they make rules and regulations which they deem as their TOS aimed purposely at locking you in, leaving one with little choice.
To add salt to the wound, they then justify why they rob you off your funds by suspending your account just because THEY have failed to live up to their end of the bargain and you have the audacity to question them.
Oh yes, this must be a real business...NOT!
If Nick Smirnow is the CEO which he claims to be, then as a CEO it is about time that he faced up to his responsibilities and addressed his investors on the prevailing issues which has plagued this program for some time now.

And now we are being told that Energy Bank will be launched on the 2nd of October.
Just watch this space and tick off each scenario as it comes to fruition :

5) Nick Smirnow or whatever his name is, goes into hiding to avoid prosecution and in doing so vows to return to make good on his promises.
6) Daily updates are released to keep members ‘in-the-loop’ so that they are informed on how their ‘hero’ is continuing on his fight for the ‘little man’. These updates dwindle down from daily updates to weekly, then fortnightly and eventually into silence.
7) The forum disappears.
Don’t you just hate it when these programs become so predictable?

LOL. here we go. There are always those few who try and turn these things into something spiritual just because a few payouts were made in the beginning. I guess when P2P goes under you'll blame it on the Devil huh? P2P is falling further and furth behind in payments EVERYDAY. Can anyone deny this? If they ever get back to within exceptable parameters and im talking paying upon request within 7 working days, THEN I will join this thing. To bad it'll never happen though. Those are just the facts m'am.

As an investor, I have received regular updates and been informed every step of the way about what is going on in p2p. Are you sure you are in the right thread and talking about the same program?
