This is a money laundering scam and I hope the law catches up with Nick and his buddies. Those that just got in have lost your money for sure so go ahead and get that through your thick skulls right now. Payouts are now at a month and a half!!! HA HA HA ITs only getting worse by the day.

Generally that would be a civil matter not involving arrest versus fraud being criminal where the handcuffs come out. Any time that Nick wants to challenge an accusation that P2P is a fraud, he will have to produce proof to support his claims made with respect to his investments, legality, and other aspects of his program. Never happen. And, beyond this being a matter of public interest where fair comment aspects apply, truth is an absolute defense.

Thumbs Down Re: Pathway-2-Prosperity - Pathway-2-Poverty - Pathway-2-Ponzi

This is how one P2P member really feels about this scam.................This is really sad

Hey Jim,

Do you believe 100% that p2p is not a ponzi and is completely 'legal and legit'? or is your only concern that you are getting paid well? be honest.

I'm not asking this to be pretentious, I to am a p2per and want to know if there really are ppl who believe this isn't a scam. I will admit that Im in it for the money, but I wouldn't dare fool myself into believing 100% that its legal in any way.

and if it is legal, (or the funds arnt being paid investor to investor) then I guarentee they are not investing in anything as innocent as bunny slippers.

What are your thoughts on this?

When I run across a site like this one where there is alot of discussion about P2P, I have to chuckle at all I read. All of the nay-sayers seem to have a common thread running through their comments. They themselves have lost a lot of money many times on the hyips, ponzis and other scams that runs across the net to the point that they now have their eyes blinded to anything that closely resembles the ability to make a lot of money on the net. So when they see a program like P2P, they throw up the red flags and can see nothing but those flags, because they've decided that all programs that make you a substantial amount of money is a scam. These are the people who are not willing to take a risk and usually must have everything guaranteed before they make the plunge. As a result, they remain at the same prosperity level day after day, month after month, year after year. There's an old saying, "To keep getting the same things you've been getting, keep doing the same things you are doing".

Getting anywhere in life, requires a little risk. That's usually why nay-sayers never make it. Some of you call we p2pers cheerleaders. So be-it I for one could care less what you call it because I am one who has been paid by P2P and continue to make money with the program and have for the past 7 months. I would probably be right on the money when I say that some of you have been in P2P and have tried to cheat the system and have been booted. That's a warning you get before you join and is stated throughout the member forum. Others of you have never been in the program therefore you cannot speak credibly about it. All you can do is offer your negative opinion.

Go ahead and keep knocking P2P, it does'nt matter because P2P keeps going and the members keep making money. And for those that stay with the program make a lot of money. How much money are you nay-sayers making ? (I thought so)

The most successful person in the world to get rich in investing, is Warren Buffet. He was worth $1,025,000 in 1962 and by February, 2008, his net worth was $62,000,000,000 making him the richest person in the world. This works out to 27% return per year. P2P pays this rate of return every 10 days, or about 750% per year. Surely Warren must be very foolish not to invest in P2P as he would have owned the entire world by now, if he had!!!!!

Two months ago this guy claimed he was making $14,000 a month and that was paid to him. What is it up to now Jim, $20,000 ?

That's the only reason he's pimping it. To try to get you to put your money in so he'll get another month of payments before they go down.
