Exceptionally insightful observation! I should have known! It's those greedy, thieving cheats who Nick caught scamming the P2P system and then threw out. And because they can no longer participate in our windfall, they're railing and ranting and making unfounded, unproven accusations. Makes perfect sense. And it conclusively explains the hate and rancor expressed toward P2P and its members.

This is the first site i've been to about this scam that has lots of supporters and lot of nay sayers... I know a guy who i work with and he just invested in this network and his term is about to expire. when it does he's going to try and pull his money out and if he is able to i think i will try investing a couple hundred. This guy i know heard it form some close friends of his who are now retired and taking vacations and buying things like there's no tomorrow thanks to this site.

Now im just a student but if this site turns out to be what it cliams a $200 investement would pay all my university and much more. The way i see it there is a 50% chance that this will work or not because its either telling the truth or its a ponzi. Now EVERYONE MUST AGREE THAT YOUR WORSE OFF SPENDING $200 ON A slot machine than putting money in this. its gambling plain and simple. Even if it turns out to be a ponzi there is money to be made and people your try to play hero by saying "i wont make money at the expense of others" are idiots because anyone who enters this thing is aware of the possiblityits a scam. I'm aware that IF IT IS a ponzi i could take or give money to other people but its no different than playing polker with some buddies or at a casino... somone gonna win.. someones gonna lose

The bottom line is I would like anyone who reads this post with advice to share it with me. Please tell me if i should go in or not. but like i said my buddies friends are retired and pulling in over 4000 dollars a week and he's seen their reciepts. THE ONE THING I REALLY WANT TO KNOW IS IS IT POSSIBLE THAT IF I MAKE MONEY AND LATER DOWN THE ROAD IT IS A SCAM CAN GOV. ATHORITIES COME BACK TO ME AND TAKE THE MONEY I GAINED BACK OR PUNISH ME WITH THINGS LIKE FINES OR JAIL TIME EVEN THOUGH I WAS DECIEVED BUT THE LIES ON THE WEBSITE ?

P2P is not based in the US. Pay your TAXES! Since Feb 2007 P2P has not missed a payout. Members making mistakes in payout request has caused delays. I have a maxed account which produces $65,050.00 every 60 days and I rolled over $25,000.00 and request $40,050.00. You seem like a bright person and understand winning and losing. There is risk with everything you do these days the question is what is your risk level? I have three big payouts due June 30th and July 10th and September 8th. I feel that I will be paid with no problem. It your choice!

Why would you say EVEN THOUGH I WAS DECEIVED BUY THE LIES ON THE WEBSITE ? No one is deceiving you!!!
If you read the FAQ, It clearly STATES UNDER "P-2-P Network" Legal:
If you are unsure whether you are allowed to participate in your country, please ask a registered adviser of your rights to participate in private investments, private clubs,funds and loan clubs.
Why would you call it a deception? It's up to you to find out with your gov. for legality of the program. I don't see act of deception.

Besides paying taxes to IRS don't forget to report your profits to US Treasury Dept. cause tis the law. if you make over 10k for 2008 and looks like you will be well over that amount

Oh yeah!!! You got proof to support that claim? Even IRS doesn't know how to answer this one. People have called IRS and asked questions nobody there told them whether it's legal or not they simply are not even sure how to handle it themeselves

Go back and read the posts here and you'll get plenty of each side's thoughts. Take some initiative and spend a few hours looking for your answers. In the end, however, you'll be right back where you are now and will have to make a decision, like we all did. I can only say that those who decided to become members have never lost their money with P2P and those who did not become members believe P2P is the devil's spawn. Use your own judgment.

Judy, have you read anything at all about Nick and P2P? By him offering his program to the members and admin (the same ones that pay YOU!), he's doing us all a favor. He certainly isn't about to higher a sales or marketing team.. laugh.gif If you don't join it won't be any skin off his nose..

Flash in the pan? 20 months online through hackers, thieves, payment processor issues and all kinds of hurdles and to survive I would think would qualify P2P as more than a "flash in the pan".

I can assure you, Nick has more "business acumen" in the tip of his little finger than you or I have in our entire bodies.

Again, I have met the man several times, I have seen some things he's working on, I have seen an ABUNDANCE of his generosity and I am so sure of Nick's honesty, integrity and that he's genuine that I am willing to make a public statement right here.

I am so sure that Nick's intentions are true and honest that if by chance I am incorrect, I will in fact sell every computer I own and NEVER join, promote, moderator or even log into this forum or any online opportunity forum again.

Why don't you do us all a favor here and wager something yourself? Like.. perhaps if P2P is still running strong in.. Oh.. I don't know.. Lets say February, which would be it's 2 year anniversary.. That perhaps you concede YOU were incorrect with all your silly ranting and delusional ravings, and apologize to Nick and members for all your harping and squawking like a wounded crow...and then leave any comment of P2P to yourself.
