You can run a scam like p2p or my scam forum from anywhere in the world. Kent will be invisible for a while simply because he has scammed too many people in the present and past. Nick could be anywhere as well. So little DD has been done here and people are "investing" thousands of dollars. Foolish and stupid is about all one can say about that.

So this scam that has nary a person that can verify being scammed and is still paying every member since Feb. 2007 is going belly up when? When are the unsubstantiated claims of ponzi/scam going to be validated? I mean real validation of these claims based solely on conjecture and speculation of illegality. The proof being what? Some ignorant poster on this or some other forums say so or "belief"? Come on now! There must be some proof that at least one person out of the thousands of members of this alleged ponzi/scam has lost something? Anything? How about a copy of that unregistered security? How about just a company name? Maybe an LLC that is acting beyond color of law statute? The corporation known as (fill in the blank) is selling securities in violation of blah, blah, blah?

I keep reading about all this alleged "illegal" activity but as of this moment there is not one shred of evidence to back up this yet to be validated claim? I just don't get it? There must be some proof? The ponzi/scam that keeps on paying and paying? Where is the injured party?

Let me get this straight! Not one person can be identified that has lost one red cent yet there is a valid complaint? This is truly unique to the annals of juris prudence indeed! So big brother protector is going to take action to save those whom have suffered no loss from those that have caused no harm in a jurisdiction where they have no cause much less authority?
