There is no class action at this point but individual cases are being prosecuted. You could even sue in small claims if need be.

Angry Re: etelegate

My name is Shawn Slattery, I have been trying to contact Etelegate for months and all the phone mailboxes are constantly full and the office has constantly been closed.
What the hell is going on?
A friend of mine has a web site sexyvanessa.com and she is owed over $9,000.00 and the billing is still possessing but She has not received payment since 4/07
how do we stop them from billing the clients?
Her clients are pissed and she feels horrible about this but it is out of her control.
We have redone the web site and we will have switched to ccbill?
is ccbill ok?
Any info is appreciated

They have been sued and lost, still haven't paid up
they are thiefs, scam artists, and deadbeats as far as I'm concerned,
after they stole thousands upon thousands of dollars as ibill, they decided to change their name so they could get more customers to steal from.

It may help to pursue fraud charges as a criminal law matter as well.

Outside of the normal civil law proceedings.

Confused Re: etelegate

So, how do we go about filing a small claims lawsuit against etelegate for money owed us. Also, iBill owes me almost $5,000... would love to know the same about them. I have the contract and everything.
