Unhappy International Trade Law question

I have an question in Int'l Trade Law and I don't know how to deal with it . If anyone can help me with this question I will appreciate very much.
Here is my problem question:
"Steve, a dealer of peanuts and beans, enters into a transportation contract with Charlie under which Charlie shall ship 1000 tons of peanuts and another 100 tons of beans from Dover to Cape Town. On bringing the peanuts to the port of Dover, Steve talks Charlie into accepting the peanuts on board without checking their quality. Thus, Charlie issues a bill of lading stating ‘received 1000 tons of peanuts in good quality’. Charlie also issues another bill of lading stating ‘received 100 tons of beans in good quality’ although he did not receive any beans. While the peanuts are afloat, Steve sells the peanuts to Ewan and transfers the bill of lading covering the peanuts to him. Next, Steve sells the beans to Ben CIF (cost, insurance and freight) Cape Town and transfers the bill of lading covering the beans to him. When the peanuts arrive in Cape Town, they turn out to be rotten. Ewan claims damages from Charlie who refuses to pay anything because he can prove that the peanuts were already rotten when shipped at Dover. Ben claims damages from Steve for non-delivery."

Thanks everybody for your kindness.

Our rules unfortunately do not permit us to do academic, homework or school-related projects or questions. There should be other articles on the Internet however.

Charlie is an idiot, you should let him go. Have you talked to Steve about the quality of the peanuts and the missing beans?
