Angry Internatioanl Legal action to used car exporter

Hi, Please advise the situation below:

If i'm a used car exporter, and exported an used car to another country.
After they received the car, they claim the wheel was spoilt become 2 wheel drive. But as advertised is All wheel drive. We also didn't know the wheel was spoilt. Importer are taking advantage to the exporter.

As a exporter, we have mechanic report in hand and never mentioned it was spoilt before we ship the car. At the same time, exporter give about 50% discount due to stock clearance and the condition was 'wear and tear'.
Claim amount NZD 3320.95
question:

1. Any legal action can be taken from the importer to exporter?

Thanks.

They could try to come to your country and sue.

But your mechanic's report should help.

They could of course also tell others they were not satisfied.

Just use good business sense--but if they are wrong no need to give in.
