Smile The unborn

Does international law have a legal definition on the term \"human
being\"?
And several human rights instruments refer to \"everyone\" has the
right to
this and that. Is that term, \"everyone\" defined in international
law? If
not, how can these human rights be applied when the legal subjects of
human
rights are not defined?

Thank YOu

Default Re: The unborn

It does not apply to the unborn universally--each jurisdiction has to decide on that issue.
