whose name to put on property title
Dear sir/madam,
It would be much appreciated if you could advise on the following: My husband and I are buying a property in Italy and have been told to seek advise on whose name to put on the deed/title as it could have serious tax and other implications costing unnessecary fees and taxes during life and after death? We have 4 children 22, 19,14,7 and 2 grandchildren what can you tell me on this matter any advise gratefully recieved, Sorry Anon |
