Liability of the US to Iraq for illegal invasion and occupation
Question, could Iraq claim the US as being liable for the rebuilding of Iraq thru the UN World Court system ? I read that Artical 51 of the UN charter did not apply to the Bush administration's so called provoked attack on Sadam and the Sovereign Nation of Irag in 2003. Is this true? Thanks,

You could always try. But the US says the war for self defense.
You might need a heavy lifter on the legal team for that one. |
