hello everyone can somebody tell me about digital photos and their acceptance into law. for example if i have a letter of save conduct with a digital photo will this be valid and why or why not i need elobarated answers with law etc, please .....

Its depend what kind of pictures you are intending to submit in court , like if it is for your defense and the picture would proof your point of defense, is no question that the pictures can be submitted, but judges also would look into if the pictures to see if they have date and time on it,. But I dont see why pictures would be rejected from a court in a trial.
I had similar experiences and have been accepted as evidences,, I would say you have a right to submit the pictures if are proper as physical evidence. Remember can be some problems if the pictures have been altered or misused, so pictures better be original, Good luck |
