Exclamation Is there a Relationship between U.S. Civil RICO ACT & International Human Rights Law?
Does the United States Civil RICO Act have a relationsip to United Nations the UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS and the INTERNATIONAL COVENANT ON CIVIL AND POLITICAL RIGHTS?

Please provide documentation for your answer as it is needed for federal litigation in the United States.

I found the answer.

Civil Rico Act plaintiffs are "Human Rights Defenders" under United Nations terminology.
