Trespassing?
I've a factory over in China and there are some people trespassing on that property - it IS private property. They refuse to leave, and I was thinking there must be SOMETHING that can be done even though the Chinese police refuse to help.
The factory is on China-owned land, however, the building and products belong to the U.S. - and the employees are employed by the United States. These two men are completely halting production. What can be done? Where can I read up on laws about these kinds of things? |

...well you absolutely can have them removed, with private security there if need be.
That is true for any entrant into the premises without permission. It is not 100% communist there! |
