I am a resident and citizen of Canada which is also my domicile.
If I had a Personal Interest Foundation in Panama could I put the title deeds of a property (house and land) in Scotland in to the Foundation? My understanding is that the Panamanian Foundation would have no problem accepting the title deeds, but what about Scotland (Scottish law)? Very many thanks. |
