Bought gamepoints online and they took it back without refunds

Purchased gamepoints online at this conqueronline game - co dot 91 dot com. Paid the price in full as marked at the website. Later on they took everything back because they said it was wrongly priced. Without any refunds, its like stealing someones clothes that has been paid in full. What can I do about this? GAme is US based and Im in Australia.

When you say that the items were "wrongly priced", exactly what does that mean? Did you use some kind of cheat program to change the prices of the game items, or are you saying that they claimed they listed the incorrect price for the items you purchased? If so, you should be entitled to receive either the item at a discounted price (their mistake, unless they can justify it) OR a full refund of your purchase price. It doesn't make sense that they would take back the item AND keep your money unless they think you did something illegal in purchasing the items.

No cheats. They mispriced the item and it lasted for more than a month. There was no option to be able to choose the proper price. It wasn't a bug. We actually thought it was an anniversary promotion. Now they've taken more than what we purchased and holding it for ransome.

So let me make sure I understand.

You bought these "gamepoints" with real money at the advertised price. The game site not only rescinded the purchase and took away the points, but they also kept your money? That doesn't make sense at all, unless they think that you were somehow cheating.

What, then, do you mean by "they took more than what you purchased and are holding it for ransom"? Are they asking for more money to give you back your gamepoints? Are they willing to just refund your purchase price altogether? (I realize that in most situations, they would have a no refund policy on such game items, but in this situation, it would be appropriate.)

Have you taken up the issue with the customer service reps on the site?

We purchased all using real money- Price paid in full from what they put in their website. We used the points to upgrade gears of our character at this game conqueronline. What we bought we used to make the gears better meaning the character already had gears of its own which we purchased from long time ago.
They banned the character. We contacted customer service and we sent info to an email they wanted us to send info with. And they are asking for us to pay more. They said if we dont pay more they will unban the character but will take all the gears. They kept our money. They banned our character. They are asking for more money. They mispriced the item at their website its their mistake- I am just trying to find out what we can do. Isn't this extortion?

To add All the players that bought bulks at that period of time when the price was cheap and lasted for more than a month were all banned. All the players did was bought from the site and paid the price they advertised. Is any legal advice from here. I'm not only speaking for myself. Massive banning of game characters happened just from buying.
