Confused Slovenia property sale

I have aproperty in Slovenia, I've got a buyer as I can't go there I'm thinking about sending somebody with a power of attorney. Apart from this document which documents will this person need to sale the house in my name and where to go to pay the property tax?

Tanks for your time

Default Re: Slovenia property sale

a POA is probably not sufficient to use abroad there

either a lawyer there or a more formal document with apostille may be needed
