We're quite familiar with the fact that World Bank staff can not be brought forward to testify or charged on account of immunity (that often turns into impunity), granted to International Organizations.
How about Crimes Against Humanity? We've read somewhere, under certain special circumstances even diplomatic immunity may be revoked. Is that correct? On the affirmative, do you think it could extend to World Bankers? Pending on your reply, we could move up to next stage where and when we'd be delighted to receive your advice for suitable Law Firms, Attornesy, Lawyers, Negotiators. Much obliged for your in due course feedback along with comments, suggestions, recommendations. |
