Confused student

Iwas recently in Aruba at an American Hotel with head quarters in Atlanta ,Ga. A injury was sustained in the lft eye of my wife by an object thrown by a hotel guest child age 6 could be 8. Vacation was ruined.How does libility apply and whom is included to be served.

Normally you need an attorney in Aruba to sue them there.
