emancipation

hello
i am muslim living in the gulf , I have a european country passport , my family(parents etc)
destroyed mylife , abusive , I can't work because it is their choice since I came back to live with them in the gulf, I can't go to the european country because of them although I studied and worked in 2 different european countries living on my own.Presently I did not work for years and have no money and I can't work
in the field I studied here and they would not let me go back to start picking up mylife and career were I left.
they are very abusive and I can't talk any sense with them or even talk at all.I am completely isolated and do not know anybody all mylife because of them and completely dependent on them , I am a single 40 years old girl. I asked for help from NGO through the internet and non did help,recently they have an NGOin this
country but I can't use the phone and their site is still under construction, and even though I am afraid
to contact them especially mu family are very good liers and actors and have no shame in doing so
I still have an opportunity to salvage what is left of my career but not here and they would not let me
and their execuse I have no money ( and they tried to keep it that way all mylife) and they would not let me live a lone or your brother do not want you in the same country he is in or living a lone( and I worked my~ 5 year postgraduate experience living alone?) but on the other hand it is ok to leave living alone in gaza or completely isolate me from the world.
I do not know what is the law in the gulf about emancipation?! what can I do?!
