Can somebody help resolve a dispute over a letter of credit we have?

How do I proceed?

Both sides view terms differently which is supposed to be the whole issue we were trying to avoid.

Hello. In cases such as this (involving a dispute over the wording of a legal document) there is really only one prudent way to proceed. You need to have the entire document reviewed by an attorney, and depending on the length and complexity of the letter of credit this may well be accomplished without a great deal of time or expense.
