ICF WORLD HOMES INC.

I know of a company called ICF World Homes Inc. in Canada. They were recently shut down by the Competion Bureau for operating a pyramid scam as they would pay members to sign up other members in what they called the GPt as well as members what they called Gainshare each monthe depending on the amount of sales sold each month.

They have now started to cease operations in Peterborough Ontario and gone to Panama,opened another company called Homes For The World International Inc. They are telling members to switch over to the new company in Panama. The canadaian banks will no longer have anything to do with them and they have gone to using mastercard debit cards to try to pay people through because they can't through the banks anymore, even paypal shut them done and Alert Pay.

Their new website is out of Singapore and the Fax # is Utah. As a member is it safe to switch over to this new company they are creating? it is a Pyramid here in Canada and no I did'nt really realize that in the beginning. But to have all this going on seems rather fishy to me. I stand to lose quite a bit of money if I do not, but being a part of money laundering and scams and jail don't really impress me.
Can they legally operate in panama and hve Canadian members?
Any Advice?

i would avoid and hope the police in Panama will also arrest them and seize assets

Run. No it is not safe to switch over. You will lose money wether you switch or not. They are not legally able to do any business dealings in Canada, meaning that they cannot pay you in any way shape or form. They say they ae goin to use the debit cards but if they attempt to do this it is against the law.
#1 because those cards are registered to be used by ICF not Homes for the World International.
#2 because they cannot do business in Canada money in or out.

I think you are probably one of the many who have lost no matter which way you turn , at this point it is safer to save your skin and although difficult accept the fact that they have ran away with your money.

No they can't have Canadian members, because they have to abide by the Canadian laws in order to do business here. Which means they can't sell here or pay here. Because they have aleady been shut down.

Wonderful company! Wonderful honest owners. When Canadian Gov was dragging their feet and holding up business the owners were thoughtful enough to find Homes for the world so that the customers would be protected.
So easy to be negitive, please stop writing things when you really dont what your talking about, and in the process could possibly hurt someones feelings for all the wrong reasons.

Rick Cullen you must be mistaken, raj dixit + larry telford + sharon black + peter hall + bill machan + a lot more fraudsters have repeatedly lied to their members and it is documented through their own coorespondances to their members. They said they came upon the company called homes for the world yet they had planned it for years.

homesfortheworldintl.net is a scam it doesn't matter how you cut it panama or not it will be shut down again and again until larry telford + sharon black + rajiv dixit + peter hall + bill machan are all arrested.
