annulment for our marriage
i have received a message frm one of my friend that my wife was filing an annulment for our marriage we were separated for about 3yrs ago and i was working in saudi arabia, as far as i know i have a summon which was addressed to my brother they dont know where am i now we dont have any communication for the past three years.

If she cannot locate you, she can continue the case without you normally, and either have an annulment or the court may require her to divorce.
