An attorney for a suburban New York town says it could take criminal action if work continues at Donald Trump's estate, where the Libyan government pitched a tent that could be used by Moammar Gadhafi.
Inspectors plan to visit the property in Bedford on Wednesday. Attorney Joel Sachs tells The Associated Press that if the work hasn't stopped, it could result in a "criminal summons" for violation of town code. The Trump Organization says Gadhafi would not be coming to the property about 40 miles north of New York City. It says part of the estate "was leased on a short-term basis to Middle Eastern partners, who may or may not have a relationship to Mr. Gadhafi."
