Any one knows about this Chinese company? PLS tell us

This company in China , sent us large contract but we must sign it in their office in China. We like to know if they are legitimate ,or scammers and if anyone dealt or knows them .

Regarding Zhengzhou Zhonghuan Import & Export Trade Co.Ltd, their website is http://www.hnzhonghuan.cn and can not visited, I have check the domain name from whois.com and it shows "Expiration Date: 2010-06-13 10:30", WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS COMPANY?

We received a RFQ from the above mentioned company on a piece of heavy equipment we manufacture. They replied to our quotation with intent to purchase 5 of the machines.
I would love to find out anything I can about them before I go any further.

All correspondence from them has been signed:

I was able to get to their website via the link included in their email, however it is all in Chinese so I was not able to gain any information from it.

I do not suggest cooperate with this company as:
1. Website of Zhengzhou Zhonghuan Import & Export Trade Co.Ltd is http://www.hnzhonghuan.cn and can not visited, I have check the domain name from whois.com and it shows "Expiration Date: 2010-06-13 10:30", WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS COMPANY?
2. I used baidu.com (biggest search engine in China) to search this company and found:
1) Zhengzhou Zhonghuan Import & Export Trade Co., Ltd can visit, however, at the end of this page there is a picture. This pic make no sense about their company-the picture is from a webportal!
2) Click on the "products" menu you will see there is a page showing very few products, but they say they can provide quite a large range of products, why they do not show the other products' pics?
3) Click on the "certifications" menu you will see a page showing their certificates, but all certificates are issued by the local government and has nothing to do with exp./imp. business, what's more, the first pic looks like a fake one made by photoshop.
4) click on the "business" menu you will see a page introducing their business scope. But the description (English) is rubbish! Too may spelling and grammar mistakes! There are many Chinese learning english now, why don't they find one to help-payment will be less than USD10.00 for translating from chinese to english.

What is their website address they provide you? I can not visit www.hnzhonghuan.cn from China.

I had the same order from this company, Zhengzhou Zhonghuan Import & Export Trade Co.Ltd
Person by the name of Fang Yuting sent email but they do not or cannot disclose their company/business registration certificate - means not real
We used our local Chinese contacts to find out and they cannot provide information and will not allow visit
Be very careful!!

Thank you everyone for your input. My company also received the below email through Alibaba.com from Mr. Cheng on September 9, 2009. Montillo Italian Foods produces a traditional Italian syrup in the United States called Vino Cotto, which is clearly described in our Alibaba link. Mr. Cheng refers to wanting information on our grape wine and ordering a lot of olive oil. These discrepancies are what prompted me to do further research on them. If they are legitimate, please pardon me; however, I find it interesting that another post shows nearly the exact email inquiry.
