Employee in China who resigned by text messaging
We have an employee in China who resigned by text messaging us at 8pm on a Friday night right before a long holiday (1 week during Chinese New Years). In our contract, they should give us a 30 day notice. Do you know if that notice counts starting that Friday night or Monday after the one week holiday? Thanks!
