Default divorce and green card
We have been married for almost one year with my wife. I am Spanish and she is a US citizen. I got the green card for 2 years a few months ago. Now, she is asking for divorce.

We love each other but it does not work. The marriage was absolutely in good faith. We don\'t have kids

??what now??

You can still get the green card if the marriage was in good faith but immigration will be looking at that situation closely.
