I have the opportunity to represent a patent for an exclusive world wide licensing agreement. I am in the U.S the patent holder is in Great Britain.
Do I just draw the contract up the way I would with a U.S. company or is there special language needed for this type of forign contract? Thank you in advance. |

Similar yes if you have US law govern the contract.
