Internet Laws in Thailand for pictures

I recently married my Thai girlfriend and she now lives with me in Ireland.Before i meet her she briefly worked in a very popular bar in Thailand that has a well established internet forum.The internet forum in question has some pictures of my wife posted that were taking while she worked there with her knowledge but she had no idea the were going to be posted on the internet she no longer works there and would like them removed but the forum owners are refusing to do so these pictures are not of a pornographic nature of my wife but i know for a fact the do post pornographic pictures on this forum and i know that porn and the posting of porn is highly illegal in thailand and was wondering if it was possible to have my wifes pictures removed thanks in advance for any help Regards Steve

Normally they cannot use a personal image for commercial purposes like that without permission.

If they will not remove it, ask World law's lawyers to help and they may intervene for you.
