I know it's terrible to paint a whole province with one brush, but that's what the Chinese do themselves in regard to Henan province.

My company was very recently contacted by China Zhuhai Zhong Tuo Trading Development Co. Ltd -- I believe they got our name, etc. from one of many online chemical source guides -- one minute of the due diligence suggested below was all it took to nip this in the bud.

I copied the co. name from the email they sent, pasted it in a search, and this very informative page was nearly on the top of the results.

My company and I are appreciative of this thread -- you have saved us much time and money -- and thanks to other posters who shared their experiences with China Zhuhai Zhong Tuo Trading Development Co. Ltd and others of their ilk.

I am from Egypt. I am an owner of big trading company, I have a very good business with a good company in China and this makes me start opening a new trading market with the following company

They send me a Quotation on my website that published on Alibab web. When I send an approval on their request, they asked me to come to china to sign the contract. Unfortunately I went and spend two days there and around five days in travelling which make them seven days in total and this cost me a big amount of money.
We signed the contract and return to my country waiting for them to take approval from their government. Few days later they asked for a fee of 2700 $ so that the contract be raised by notarial office .
This doesn't relief me and I read through this website about the fake companies and I wonder if any one contact these people or worked with them.

In the west, multi billion pounds business transactions are conducted online without any incidents of fraud. Funds are transferred and goods paid for delivered without any hitch. Prospective customers transact business with MOST OF THESE BOGUS AND FRAUDULENT CHINESE COMPAINES BECUASE OF THEIR RATINGS ON ALIBABA'S WEBSITE.
