Re: Fraud of CHINESE COMPANIES!!
Thank god I found this website, my company was about to go to China to meet up with China Zhong Tuo Trading Development co.Ltd. But we did contact our embassy and commercial offices there to make a control of the legitity of this company and we are still waiting for the response, but after reading this I think we could of saved our money.
I have been contacted by other Chinese companies as well 2 of which are on this post which are China Zhong Tuo Trading Development co.Ltd and Guilin Zhoto trading co ltd as well......Yes I found it strange that once you contacted them the person was right there ready to answer. I was never put on hold or passed to another office. China Zhong Tuo Trading Development co.Ltd did send us a draft contract which we re-sent with our modifications and we negotiated and then they asked us to go over there to finalize the contract. But we have been always fishy about the situation, thanks to this post we can avoid them and move on with our business. The Guilin Zhoto company claims to be state-owned, I've just contacted the government office of Guilin to have details on that, so I'll keep you all posted with that. Since I'm on here has anyone heard anything about these Chinese companies; Hebei Dingsheng Import & Export Trade Co., Ltd Tel: 0086 3122266084 Fax: 0086 31180930519 E-mail:hetangnan@163.com Website: www.sjzdingsheng.com.cn Trade manager: xiaojun Mobile phone: +86 15231232671 Company: Anderyee Commercial C;Ltd Address: NO. 27 NANSANHUAN EAST ROAD, BEIJING, Beijing Country: China Tel: 86-10-67606242 Fax: 86-10-67604248-108 Registered Name: Landy Lu Country: China Company Name: Tianjin Wide Career International Trade Co., Ltd. Business Type: Trading Company Products/Services: Electronic products, chemical products and machines Tel: 86-22-23283382 Website: www widecareer com Thank you very much for your research. |

I can assist you in this matter. Here are a few points, which enable me to be of valuable service to you: 1. I’m British/English and understand your needs and motivations. 2. I live in China, and have done so for the past 8 years. 3. I speak Chinese, and my wife is Chinese — together we make a great team. 4. I can also visit your prospective seller here in China, on your behalf, to determine their voracity and honesty before you transfer any funds. That makes me your insurance – I am your DUE DILIGENCE. 5. I can provide you with a report of that visit; thus further ensuring the safety of your transaction. 6. If you have been cheated, I can either liaise with authorities here on your behalf, or help you track down, to the best of my abilities and with the resources available to me in China, the person or persons who perpetrated the fraud against you. 7. I know the country, I know the people, I know the culture, and I know how to negotiate within the confines of Chinese business culture. 8. If you’d like to get the BEST price possible, or you want to get back what you’ve lost, then you need a good man on the ground who understands both you and your needs, and can operate for and in your best interests. The above eight (8) points make me a very useful ally and asset to you - in any and all of your China business dealings, inquiries, and transactions. I can also give quick access in Chinese to the following departments of government here: The Local Police Bureau of Fair Trade for Imports and Exports China Customs & Excise The Ministry of Commerce to the Peoples Republic of China (National Level) Local Administration for Industry and Commerce (Regional Level) Ministry of Public Security of the P. R. China Information Network & Security (Which deals with internet fraud) Department of Foreign Trade China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission Mediation Centre of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade You can contact me here: kenstone@yourchinatradingpartner.com All the best, Mr. D. To begin with you need to know that the IP address for their website is 115.47.174.227 which is located in Henan province a known hub of cheating in central China - yet the company claims to be located in Hebei province. Moreover, they have not filed any registrant details, no owner name, no telephone number, no fax number, no technical contact, no administrative contact, no details about where the server is physically located in terms of an address, no hosting company details for the server, and a numbered email address as follows: 7784075@163.com All of this is very suspicious and you should tread with care. These people need to be physically checked in a face-to-face. widecarreer.com Also, their web address is off the shelf, and they haven't made an effort to register something more pertinent to their own company name. That smells a little to me. A search on their website sever location draws a blank on all locations and identities. All I know is that their IP is in Beijing. They're supposed to be in Tianjin (just a short half-hour trip on the train for me) but their contact page on their English language website doesn't work. Finally, they're 津ICP备08000437号 number at the bottom of the page is not correctly placed and doesn't link back to the government website as it should, as mine does if you care to check. Both of these warrant a quick visit before you make any transactions. All the best, Ken Stone
