Default Spanish Company Search

Hello,

We are dealing with a Spanish company who claims to be a Government Agency with the name:

"Comite De La Concesion De Contracto - Agencia Nacional De La Orientacion, Calle Acquitator Rogiez 74, Valencia, 46081 Spain. Tel: +34 960 451 485"

"Corletto Consulto SA - Calle Agusto 88 - Barcelona - Spain. Tel:+34 634162299"

Can anyone please help me find out the genuineness of these companies please?

Help appreciated!

Cheers!
Andrew

Call the local mayor's office. They will tell you. And usually they speak some English if that is an issue.

Or email world law and ask them if they can do a records search for you.

I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole.

The mobile phone number appears in the following message, which stinks of a scam:

"Dear Friend

My Name is Mr. David Sena Ramos, I am a Manager of a bank Valencia Spain. I got your Contact through internet searching and I decided to get in touch with you through mail, to seek your cooperation on the bellow proposal.

In my branch we have a good customer of us who has some big amount deposited with us and He died in a car accident in April 2005. Ever since he died, we have not here anything about him or any of his family members to come forward and get back the money that was left in his account.

As at of 28/02/09, the balance in his account was Seven Hundred and Twenty Two Thousand, Five hundred and Sixty Three Euro ( Ђ722,563.00). Based on our bank policy, any account that is dormant for four year, will be closed and the money transferred to consolidated reserve bank account. I decided that since this account will be four years by early next mont, its better that I find somebody who will cooperate with me and get this money transfer to his account as a Next of Kin to the deceased.

So what I want you to do is to let me know if you are ready to cooperate with me, by applying as the next of Kin to the above named person and I will provide to you all relevant information that will be required by my bank to get this done without any problem.

This is risk free, as all loopholes will be closed once the money is transfer to your account. As for sharing of the money, we will share it 50/50 after the money is transfer to your account.

If you are interested, you should reply me through this email: dramos320@gmail.com and never you tell our bank that I contacted you. You have to keep everything secret untill the transaction is completed.

I am looking forward to your reply through email.

Best regards

David Sena Ramos

Cool Re: Spanish Company Search

we've also received an invitation from a company called UNIVERSAL TRADE SL with address at C/ Avenida De Francia 24, 2809, Madrid, SPAIN and contact no as +346 9190 7940 claiming to be in madrid, spain that works as consultant, sourcing agency and registered government agent for AGENCIA NACIONAL DE LA ORIENTACION with address at Acquictator Rogeiz 74, Madrid 46081, SPAIN.

note that they are using free, search-based webmail service so why reply to their request! so don't be fooled by these SCAMMERS.

most likely they were able to get details about your business through business portals that we are in.

Cheers!
