Israel & US agreement.Where should arbitration take place

We are establishing a business relationship with a manufacturing company in Israel. Per our agreement, we will have exclusive rights ( for a trial period of 6 months)to sell and distribute their products in the US and Canada. If any legal issue arises between the parties we have agreed to arbitration. However, the manufacturer expects to arbitrate in Israel, we would want it to take place in the US...alll sales, distribution, marketing, etc. will be in North America. We are both stubborn on this issue and it could be a deal breaker.

You might agree Israel but with costs paid by the loser, or by the Israeli side.

Or you could choose Vienna--often done and a midpoint for you both.

Or you could agree telephonic arbitration.

Or just say Canada/USA or we find another partner.
