overseas runaway husband
I have a question about family law that goes over internationally. I'm a 38 yr-old Japanese woman who lives in Japan married to a 42 yr-old Canadian husband who has an English school here in Japan with debts and employees to pay and one day, he just went back to Canada without any notice and the reason he says is he's fed up with hard work and he's homesick. I'm left here with all the duties and debts and liabilities. Is there any way I can get any kind of court order to bring him back to take care of his responsibilities?
International trial, is it something I can do remotely? Does it cost a lot of money? Do I need a lawyer? |
