Default Re: Can foreigners own property in China?

To sum it up, the condition or restriction for foreigner individual to buy
property in China is:

1) have worked or studied in China for more than 1 year
2) the house should be for self use, can't be rent or sold.
3) if above mentioned conditions have been met, the foreigner should apply
and register for the right to purchase self-use property.
