I have lived in the uk for 21 years on rights of abode,
During my stay i have founded and created IP's,

I have also been to a local court in the UK to protect my rights to the IP
so their should be records,

I want to get rights to My IP'S as other people use the IP's in question to trade around the world,

It would make it really easy for me if I can get hold of the court records.

a problem is the main witnesses aided the theft of my IP'S, I should be able to do this on my own with legal assistance

what methods can i use to get the property back as it is something that really happened, all i have to date is facts and accounts of what i have been through, If the records where still held by the court it would help too

You need to have legal counsel pursue the case if you really want to enforce IP rights. Very hard to do alone.
